Friendly staff and eager to help.

The room was in terrible condition with stained sheets and a non-functional smoke detector. I was shocked to find exposed electric wires in the lobby. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided, and the whole area felt neglectful and unkept.

Dirty, water leaking from around the commode. Toilet was unstable when you sat down on it. Lamp in corner did not work, wifi was slow.

The room was surprisingly comfy, and the shower had great pressure, which helped me unwind after a long drive. I enjoyed the cozy outdoor seating area and the relaxing pool, which made my stay enjoyable. 😊

The direction there was hard to understand

The check-in employee was friendly. The room layout was standard but functional, with basic amenities expected in a budget hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of a working internet connection and no breakfast options were disappointing, especially given the advertised services. This stay highlighted a mix of friendly service and inadequate maintenance.

when I checked in, I was informed that they did not have a reservation for me, even though I made and confirmed it thru this website a week prior to my visit.

Blaring of train horn several times during the early morning hours, bed too soft, mold in bathroom, light switch by door didn't work, alarm clock didn't work and wasn't plugged in when arrived, not much in the way of breakfast.

The location was perfect for our family trip! We loved visiting the nearby city park, where the kids enjoyed fishing and playing around. The beds were comfortable, and the check-in was seamless.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area needed some maintenance for more family fun.

Room a little degraded. Cirgarette burns on toliet , and similar room issues

Smooth check-in process. Room spacious with microwave and fridge. The air conditioning didn't work well, making it uncomfortable at times.

Units with a comfortable bed. The staff were courteous and accommodating and the location was favourable to the train tracks.

I was very disappointed the room was disgusting wasn't fit for animals let alone people

The door was hard to open and stuck everytime when entering or leaving. The picture above the bed had a hole in glass. The bed linens were stained, if they had been washed at all. The carpet needs to be cleaned had white socks and after being in there one hour were black. The rod for shower curtain kept falling when trying to shower. The ac unit was so loud made it impossible to sleep. VERY DISAPPOINTED
